Is the design consult really free?
Yes. The first conversation has no invoice. If we are not the fit, we say so. You leave with a clearer picture of the house either way.
What is “the book”?
A written plan: what we will build, the materials, a budget range, and a calendar. You read it before anyone mobilizes. That is the 100% clarity promise.
When does construction start?
After you sign the book. Not after a handshake. Not after a mood board. Day 1 is the first day of work on an approved plan.
